Outside my window…Cloudy, rainy and cool. It’s not cold, which is a nice change!

I am thankful for…the progress that Hollywood has made in reading. It has been a daily struggle for nearly 4 years. I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel…
From the kitchen…Chicken soup and blueberry muffins.
I am wearing…jeans, a t-shirt and tennis shoes. The standard daily uniform.
I am creating… an organic garden.
I am going…to relax tonight. We already did gymnastics and grocery store today. And MOTS’ basketball season is over!
I am reading…Mother Earth News Guide to Organic Gardening and Martha Stewart Living Gardening Edition
I am hoping…that the weather will be as nice tomorrow as they are predicting. I need to get some seeds in the ground.
I am hearing…Hollywood reading out loud and the scratch of pencil on paper.
Around the house…have already done 6 loads of laundry, swept the laundry room and run the dishwasher. I still need to clean off the back porch and mop.
One of my favorite things…freshly washed sheets.
A few plans for the rest of the week… I need to rake the garden and pull a few weeds. Then I need to re-string my square-foot markers and plant some peas. I need a trip to Lowe’s for some organic fertilizer for the seedlings (onions) and some PVC pipe to construct a string trellis for the peas. I also need to clean off the back porch and do some general cleaning chores.
